I sold cars for a couple years back in the day. Shady as hell back then. It's better now but not a lot. When I buy, i work a deal over email and phone calls and refuse to go in until I agree. After I get there I act like I'm changing my mind and ask for free shit. That's how I got the bed divider and window plastics.

 

Wife had it on her last 4runner. I hated that shit with a passion. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Uncomfortable and you slid around on the shit.

I think she did ok with it. $3k off and 0 interest ain't bad and saves a shit load of dough. Manufacturers are using this tactic instead of fat rebates.

When I bought the Honda, I had a choice of rebate or zero int. I took the rebate, waited a couple months and then refinanced they the credit union for 1.25 percent. I made out great
