I have a QI case on my iPhone 6s+ and haven't noticed any issues with the wireless charging.

I have had the same issue but it's not every time. Not sure why it was doing that. I thought it was the phone case.

Edit: forgot to mention I have an iPhone 6s with dog & bone case

My sales guy said it is Android friendly and I would have to get some kind of round sticker for the back of my outdated IPhone 5S. Haven't looked into yet

Well my findings were what i expected, my otterbox case is the cause of me not being able to charge my phone on the Qi charging pad, but i think i will use a charging cable instead becasue i drop my phone everyday and that otterbox comes in handy for clumbsy guys like me.

S7 Commuter otterbox and it charges pretty well. Has to be in the right spot though.

It is the case that is causing the no charge. Sometimes it will register that the phone is there. Most of the time it will not charge. Doesn't charge your phone if the truck isn't running either.

I had the S6 and it would connect and disconnect from wireless charging so often that I wouldn't use it.
Got the S7 and connectivity has been great, no issues.
