    Can't find the article but there was a dead baby found a few years back in the local landfill. They traced it back to a town ten minutes up the road. Turns out it was the result of a father/daughter incest relationship. The daughter had given birth in a 5 gallon bucket and just threw the baby in the dumpster outside the house that was used for remodeling debris.
