Hey everyone. Just purchased the 2017 TRD off road edition and I can't find any websites that have this year. Does anyone know if the 2016 models match up or do I just have to continue to wait?

From my understanding the 2016 and 2017 are completely identical minus the power sliding rear glass on certain models.

Curious myself. I thought only the Pro models got the black headlights and tails?

I don't so much care about the tails or headlights
Just curious about this new ratio. I haven't looked at specs side by side for 16 to 17 so wasn't aware of a change in gearing.

Hmm actually it does appear to be the same. Was some threads in it but perhaps they mixed the manual gearing with the auto. Seems to be the same. But the OR I'm looking at has the Black bezel headlights. Even listed in the sticker. Tail lights are unchanged. Only the pro has the different tails

Maybe in the US, our only upgrade we got was a dcsb OR lol
we did get the power window too at least.
The pro is bullshit here $53K MSRP

But ya I saw the thread you are thinking about. Only the manual has different gearing compared to the rest, and only on the other models like the SR SR5 and Sport I believe. The manual for them gives you the gearing of the OR

Yea, the manual gears are 4.30 and auto OR/sport/ limited are 3.90. Auto SR and sr5 it lists them both. So not sure what package gets what's.

Headlights definetly are not. You can see the black bezels on this OR and it's listed on the sticker

Well fuck me! Didn't know the 16's had the bezels. Must just be a OR thing? Can't believe I never noticed. So I guess it really only is power rear window

I give up seen them on a SR5 too. Unless it had the appearance package. Why are some doing the BHLM then?

Stepped outside to check mine (TRD SPORT) and they also have the black bezels. But the TRD PRO headlights have more black and less chrome in them.
