Ah yes, but wasn't that only for SR5?

 

I had the local dealer look it up, he said it could be ordered; OR with QS and black interior. He made a point to tell me it had the orange trim around the dashboard. lol. He implied that most don't like it and they order with graphite interiors.

 

I could of swore you could only get that option in the SR5 not the OR. They would know better than me. The orange interior On a inferno is very nice. I wouldn't want it in a Barcelona or some other color though

 

The Inferno with Black\Orange interior in an OR AC is difficult to find, there is one in Portland OR but I'm in NY; so it doesn't do me much good. lol. I have decided to order my '17 and sacrifice getting a terrific deal on a '16 because I rather it be exactly the truck I want.

Took a trip up to auburn NY for some motocross, love this truck, 300 miles each way in total comfort, with the sexiest oem color on a tacoma hahaha

 

How is everything liking their infernos? How is the paint holding up? Just want to get some opinions before I pull the trigger here

I'm so indecisive. But we don't have much inventory to choose from and I don't want a 16 or a black one

 

I found mine in Vegas and drove 6+ hours to get it.

 

I work for a large auto group. We have two Toyota stores. We could try and dealer trade for one but they don't have to give it up. And I doubt too many dealers will sell to me at $100 over dealer invoice if I were to buy from them. So I'll just settle. I do like inferno and I like this truck. Only wish it had tech package. Mainly for the color matched bumper covers lol. I'd like the factory heated seats but I'll add some myself. I don't care about the blind spot monitors. While parking sensors are nice and I'll miss not having them atleast it has a camera. As for moonroof it'd be cool but I've never had one. And I'm glad that this 2017 has a power rear slider. Overall I'd be happy with this truck. Especially after I do a few mods

 

You work for an auto group, don't settle; order exactly what you want would be my advice.

 

Unfortunately I don't have the time. My lease is up and I don't have another vehicle

 

Just picked up my truck. Here is a picture while I was completing the paperwork at the dealership. Nothing changed from factory on it (yet)

Fuel Beast 17" 1mm offset with 285/70/17. 3-1 level kit. No rub with normal street driving. Sometimes I think I hear it rub when wheels are cranked over and I hit a bump but I can't find where it hits if it does. Could be my imagination.

 

I get that 'phantom' rub too. Usually crossing a swale into a business or driveway type place.

 

Yea. Exactly. I get mine backing into my driveway. I didn't end up with a straight driveway for my stepford house.
