Will aftermarket wheels, 0 offset/4.5backspacking rub with stock tires (265/70/16) rub with stock suspension?

I know my stock TRD off-road wheels are +25mm offset. I'm wondering what is the range of acceptability with stock tires and stock suspension components.

    Appreciate it.

Have you confirmed no rubbing while wheeling as well, with max articulation?

    I'm assuming 16x8"?
Backspace is based off wheel width.
Offset is based off rim width.

This is great thank you!! Yes, 16x8. That amount of incremental change shouldn't have any rubbing issues even at max articulation, right?

    Somewhat on topic.
Would a 285 fit on an 8 inch rim or is it pushing it too much? figure its about a 3inch difference

The 'measured width' for a 285 is 8"; perfect.
Or do you have a particular lift/wheel/tire combo you're trying to fit.

    What offset?
    Things change when you lift.
