I have some mounts in the works. Probably a month out still but they are going to be nice.

At first steel. I have some aluminum ones I have tested but the bends to get it to fit how I need it to put a lot of stress on the aluminum and cause cracking. I need these brackets to be strong so steel fits the bill a little better.

Milling the brackets from Solid Aluminum an option Zach? @zscott Probably definitely adds to the expense though.

Yes, machining is always an option and would be nice but I am not a machinist and don't have the equipment to do it myself, and the parts I have gotten quotes on in the past have been expensive and require a pretty big qty to make it worth it.

Hey @zscott I sent you a email a few weeks ago about Heretic light bar brackets, but never heard back. Do you have any in stock?

Bought some quick fist mounts to mount my axe and shovel on the roof rack... Does anyone know which screw/nut combo would work best? And where I could buy it? Thanks!

I used 1/4-20 stainless carriage bolts that were 1" long, plus a stainless nylon lock nut for each quickfist. Ace hardware.
