not from what i've seen/heard from other members which was the main reason for getting them... as long as you torque them to specs correctly and check every tire rotation you should be fine... no issues here so far

Amazing build! Hope mine grows up into this one day! Can't wait to see how things progress with your sponsors too.

My background is mostly in 4Runners (so heavier vehicles); but long term affects will be on your wheel bearings. Nothing more than what heavy LT tires on higher offset (+/- doesn't really matter) wheels would do. The service life will definitely be affected - think 6 years instead of 8 if you're avoiding hub deep water crossings. That said I ran them anyway on my 5th gen 4Runner.

Obviously there can be other short term issues that will be elimated by following @Danactive 's advice.

I just bought mine from the dealership. More than what you paid but the parts mgr is a friend.

Hope I love them over rock sliders, but I don't rock crawl my truck

you will like them much more for day to day use than sliders... trust me its much more convenient to use them as steps to get in and out

Yea that's what I decided on mentally as I figured paying 700 or more on sliders I'll never use them to their full potential. I only have one vehicle so using my 40 k truck rock crawling doesn't sound smart especially knowing that any time you Offroad you run the risk of breaking stuff.

    Hope I love them lol

i think you'll enjoy them much more than sliders since you said you would rock crawl/need them very little. these will be much more beneficial for day to day use. if i didn't have little ones climbing in and out i would have gone sliders but since they use them everyday and the sliders would be used only on weekends it made more sense

Do you have hub to fender measurements ? Is your truck dead level?

UPDATE: Sorry I've been MIA for a few weeks but i have been very busy trying to get everything wrapped up in time for SEMA... i would like to add a few new sponsors to the build! CBI Offroad will be building my T3 front and rear bumpers, sliders and skids... Timbren Industries has already provided a full bumpstop kit for the truck which i will upload pics soon... GGLighting will be providing me LED bars for the new bumpers. BAMF will be installing their new grill on my truck for a test fit and working with LowRange Offroad as well... a lot of new pics and write ups are under way and I can't wait to share it with you guys!

How do you like the led lights for low beam? I've been looking at a bunch but was curious how they would work with projector head lamps

i love them! they were a cheap easy fix for the halogen bulbs and the output is great... much cheaper than a retrofit but honestly if i need good lighting offroad i'll use my lightbars before i would rely on my headlights...
