A big thank you to Mr. Linterman for a great price on a new truck, anyone shopping should give him a chance to earn their business. Also a big thank you to Toyota for bring the OR DC to Canada this year.

I think the MX4 has replaces the Backflip HD. Pretty much same cover with a few enhancements.

He's wants to know your deal because, honestly, it's rare to find a sales person who treats every customer sap or savvy the same. If he knows what you got for a price he at least knows where Mike is on price. Maybe PM that member who wants to know and help him out, it's not hard :). Don't be a dick, there's enough turd geners pulling that trick already.

Sterdog, didn't mean to sound like a dick but re-reading my post I see I did. If someone wants to know prices they are the salesman's to share and me sharing that info publicly would be poor manners in my opinion. I don't know Mike other than seeing his Youtube vids and info posted here so I doubt I received special treatment. I saw him referenced here by others as a person to speak to and that advice was good hence my post suggesting others to do the same.

Yes Pitter I ordered a DC OR, a substantial comfort upgrade from my current Toyota that has a broken radio and a heater that only works on high.

It's fine not to share if it doesn't feel right.

Me, I threw up my 2013 price soon after I bought. However I, and this is seriously what happened, bought from my ex-wife during a period of reconciliation so my deal was more a reflection of how low a dealer could go instead of how low they should go. She lost her job soon after for giving out too many deals that didn't make any money and our reconciliation period went up in flames when I told her I was seeing someone else lol. Fun times.

Enjoy your new Tacoma. Did you go with the TRD OR to get the short DC configuration or because you intend to use the TRD OR features like the locker and crawl control?

Definitely going winter out of the gate when I buy in Sep/Oct. Kind of on the fence between KO2 and Nokian Hakkapeliittas. If I went KO2, that would be my year-round tire; with the Nokians, they'd run winter exclusively.

I had the Nokians (studded) on my Tundra. Used it all winter for a few years in and around the mountains in eastern BC. They are unmatched in winter snow/slush/ice performance in my opinion.

In Vancouver? No. In Ontario, maybe, depends where you are.

Look at the sidewall of your KO2s. They are winter tires.
