    Never understood that part. German guy is speaking to another German guy in German and he doesn't understand what he's saying. So let's switch to English, the second language for both of them. Now he understands! :der:

    Another fun piece of trivia; apparently the scene with Hans pretending to be an escaped hostage was kind of improvised. Originally it was supposed to shorter, but the director was so impressed at Rickman's Generic American that he extended the scene a bit to let him show it off.
