    I guess the next step is to figure out how hard/difficult it is to take all the stuff apart... steering wheel controls, shifter bezel and that ac vent/switch panel thingy.

    Pretty easy. I had to rip out my entire center console to install a switch to my LED bar. Hardest one to get you would obviously be the AC vents, but there is nothing complicated about it

    Not entirely sure about steering wheel controls, but I think you have to take out screws that hold the steering column cover and that would let you access the screws on the back of the steering wheel.

    The 4runner switch only comes in silver. Toyota sells a factory black switch or you can do the hilux switch. Please search this thread for all the part numbers and info. It's all here.
