Radiator differences?

Has anyone heard about any differences between the radiators in US Tacomas vs Canadian ones?? Apparently the US models are weaker?? Sounds like bull#%*&! to me but just curious if anyone else has heard of this? Could be another ploy by Toyota Canada to try and curve US Tacoma imports. Cheers

 

What leads you to believe that there is any difference between US and Canadian market version of the trucks radiators? The trucks are assembled in California, and in Mexico

 

Heard this from a few people now here in Canada, including someone who works at one of the stealerships! I still think it's bull@#&*! as you say they are manufactured in the same locations! 40 K here and the same truck in the US is 30k. Guess the dealerships have to tell people something to try and convince them to hand them a free 10 k!

2. As IF canuks need heavy duty radiators.

Ive heard this as well. Not only rads, but starters, batteries are made for our climate, do they Arizona vehicles come with a block-heater???

 

I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT!!!!!!!! hell, they do the least amount of work possible to produce all the different models. I have a base model that i tinker with.... almost everything is prewired, random conections hanging by my radiator withen i took of the plastic cover... i wouldnt buy that crap for a minute.... (but hey i could be wrong)
