    Afternoon Everyone ,

    Got back from the VA about an hour or so ago and found out my L/shoulder is screwed up . My Primary care doctor believes I've got either a AC joint issue or torn labrum aka rotator cuff . now I've got to wait 2 months for a Ortho consult to find out exactly what's wrong

    Lucky me huh !!!

    probably could be either to be honest. the labrum is the cartilege "seat" or socket if you will where the ball on the end of your arm bone rests and pivots. it was the top tendon that goes over the top of yur shoulder on me that was torn and the pain was at shoulder height. sad thing is most of my work is done in that position and i got to work for over 3 months like that. hopefully chuck it's not torn
