    We've got a place in Emerald Isle and you can only drive on the beach from Labor Day-Memorial Day (fishing season) and you have to have a permit which I believe you can only get if you are a resident. I would imagine other NC beaches have similar rules/restrictions...

    Oh. The front face isnt going to go to the top of the can, like a hand rail. I changed the design because I never measured all the pieces, idk why I thought 2 sticks would do it. I was something like 60" short. The new design leaves me 28.875" short. At least I can get one fully built.
