What shops in the salt lake area do you recommend for doing work on your truck? Whether it's bumpers, lights, suspension etc. I've had my 16 Taco for a couple of months now and am in need of some mods. Thanks.

Why not do the work yourself? What exactly are you planning to do?

Don't really have much space to do it. I'm wanting to do an Icon Stage 4, aluminum bumper (which requires cutting) and some LED lights with the switches inside.

P.S. you've got yourself one beautiful yota there. What part of Utah are you in?

Fat bobs or cruiser outfitters are good for yoda's. I'm in Salt Lake and a certified Porsche tech and am always down to lend a hand if need be...

I'd go with Cruiser Outfitters for the suspension and bumper. They're pros and absolute queers for all things Toyota.

There was a fairly well rated audio / alarm company out here in Draper (Laketown Speed and Sound ?) right on State. I went to their shop to talk about getting a remote start and the guy I talked to seemed very competent. The shop was expanding so they can do more extensive tinting jobs, and I'll probably use them once my truck gets here (Tomorrow!!!!!)

If you just need a shop, I know of a great family-owned shop in West Valley that you could call to see if they do custom stuff. Thomas Tire is the name.

EDIT: I did end up going to Laketown Speed and Sound and their installation of my remote start was very professional and affordable. I hate sounding like an ad but I highly recommend them. They also did great work on my windshield tint strip.

Gotcha. I'm not a fan of Fat Bob's so I would try Cruiser outfitters. They may be able to help depending on what you need to do.

    I'm in SLC.

Yeah I'm leaning more towards Cruiser Outfitters as it is. Thanks.
