My last few days:

4 hrs of sleep followed by 24hours of travel back to the US. Followed by 3hrs of sleep to have an 18hr day in the heat, followed by 5hrs of sleep to be up at 4am this morning for a 4mi run followed by an 11hr work day. And now I'm home and jet lagged out

 

Crash the heck out brother!!!

 

Gotta make dinner and do laundry now

 

Power through it then zone out FTW!

 

Oh and still gotta do a bunch of editing from the trip
