I can understand that... worked on planes a number of years in temps from -50* to 100* Don't like either extreme.

you have to worry about hurricanes out there, but if you can deal with them

I have lots of trees, from which I love the shade in the summer. Don't mind the leaves that fall - worth having to deal with that, for the shade in the summer. Just wish all the trees would drop all their leaves within a month or so. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO the water oaks drop them until the new leaves come out Oh, well....

 

christie would like to live like 2 blocks from the beach she doesn't think it would be that bad i've been trying to convince her that's why the houses are on stilts. i'd like to live more inland but only a short drive from the beach. i don't think you'd be bothered as much by the hurricanes and houses would be cheaper. as long as her mom is still with us which will hopefully be for a long time that'll probably never happen. our white oaks here are the bastards that'll drop on and off through the winter and finally drop what's left when the new leaves emerge

 

Oh it just had to do with putting more clothes on or off depending on temps. It was probably funnier in my head than said out loud.

yes andy he's getting his beauty sleep so you don't have to worry about being bullied. have you been to see a dr? that would be 1 of the reasons you pay for insurance
