Next I'll do my rear bumper and possibly coat the Toyota Symbol in Red with glossifier. After that new headlights and tail lights, possibly.

Looks good on your color truck. I recently did my front grill. I need to get those chrome mirror caps off this weekend.

Nice. Are you going to plasti dip the chrome or just replace the caps? I'm also thinking about doing my rims once I get new tires.

The grill looks okay, but why would you dip over those color keyed fenders? It is going to look like crap after a few car washes and nicks from road debris.

I haven't cleaned mine yet so I don't know personally. However, everyone I have spoken to says good things and that it will fade over a few years, but you can always peel it off and redo it or try to do fresh coats. It is textured, but you have to touch it to notice. You're essentially rubberizing whatever you spray so it feels a bit like semi-rough rubber. At least to me.

The clear coat was already coming off of the fenders and when I looked into replacing or fixing them it wasn't economically feasible. This looks better than before. Next time I'll do before and after photos. I figure I can always replace the plastidip or take it off if I need to so its really no big deal.

My mirrors have an aftermarket chrome cap. I have had them on the truck since i bought it back in 2010. I have no idea how they are attached. I have tried pulling them off but they feel like they are on there good. I think i will try again this weekend. Maybe use a heat gun to heat up the adhesive.

    Same as everybody else...
They are probably glued on like mine were. I took mine off when it was really hot outside, like 4 days of 90 degree weather. My neighbor took his off using a heat guns, just be careful you don't damage the mirror
