I've hear good things about both Slee and RSG, so it's time to start making calls!

 

I have a feeling the rest of that stuff will just sit there until the landlord gets it hauled off. It's a sad story for the renters as the landlord has asked them to move because he plans to fix up the home and sell it. The renters have been there since before we moved in 2010 so I am sure they have a good monthly rental. I have a feeling the landlord is just gonna fix up the house and then rent it again for double the rent with our current market.

 

I see that happening a lot around here too.

Sucks for those not locked into a good mortgage. I feel grateful that I am since 2002.

My GF makes a helluva living and can barely afford a 1 bedroom apartment in this market.

Next July, literally have Senior Design 2 that summer. So basically May because all I have to do is present our project
