Who has pulled those little filler panels below the headlights on a 1st gen? Just pry them? Are they held in with clips?

 

Remove the grill. There is a bolt on the inside and then there is a clip holding the outside.

That's if it's the same as a 3rd gen t4r.

Edit: your a second flight. I forgot. May not apply to you at all with that cuz you have the large grill.

 

I know a guy in Prescott that parts out tons of Toyotas and I'm going there tomorrow. I'll see if I can grab one for like $20?

then.. waiting at the front of an intersection, the left turn lane across from me (turning across in front of me) had a green. I could see the line of cars, and knew it was going to happen. One car makes the yellow, then two, three, the fourth tries to shoot it and accelerates.. I prep.. the light turns red before he even leaves the turn lane. I get green, give it a little of the go juice off the line and head straight through. eff it if they hit me.. fingerscrossed: new bumper, new bumper, new bumper!) They stop dead in the middle blocking everyone else.. hold my hand out the window as I drive right on by.. flippin em the bird.

Saw this in the FRY's parking lot at 1700. Big ass truck. Got to be something wrong with their pee pee.

So I had my first visit to Sierra Expeditions today. As Alex says "Dangerous place"... lots of goodies to drool over! I got a quote on the 50qt ARB as well as wiring, cover, tie down, and slide tray. It was just over 1500 out the door. I didn't buy it on the spot as I figured I could shop it and beat the price by a couple hundred bucks. It looks like the most I could save is only like $50, and I can have it all now! Sooooo, I'll be traveling to Monument Valley with an ARB if I can make it back over there before I leave!

 

@AZ-TACO13 thats when I was there. Dropping off at UPS. Surprised you didnt see me. I made a couple laps to get a good look at it. Lol

 

Any 1st gens need a skid plate? GB for them just started.
