    I don't think he's a loose cannon. Just has a paraphilia. I remember learning about this dude that was turned on by chrome and the reasoning what that when he lived in his parents basement, he would look out the little window from time to time, while beating it, to make sure his parents wouldn't walk in on him. Out that window was his dads classic muscle car with chrome wheels, bumpers, and exhaust. He unwittingly conditioned himself into a sexual attraction to chrome over the years.

    As for the car, I think it's a Chevy Lumina... hard to be certain from the angles though.
