No man I'm the same way as him as far as bulking. Somewhere down the road my diet goes to shit and I get fat. I'm gonna try to keep my diet in check this time around. I'll have more cheat days compared to when I'm cutting but I'll be aware of what I eat throughout. I also plan on incorporating cardio in my bulk(which is funny cause I didn't do cardio while cutting). Im thinking if I do the spartan race this April I'd have more motivation to do cardio/stay lean. I already have one buddy that's down to do the race with me.

No, more like 15%. To the point where you can't see abs lol. I wanna gain size and have visible abs. I'd be happy with 1-2 lbs a month.

I Just finished my protein powder today. You guys using 1 or 2 scoops per shake? I'm doing 2 with milk.

How much protein per scoop? Some tubs say a serving is 4 scoops others just 1...

 

Just put 2 whole raw eggs, like 4-6oz of milk and a scoop of protein in a shaker cup and drank it and swear it tasted just like brownie batter

 

Bet that was like $30. I could totally eat all of that right now though. Shit looks amazing

 

So... I saw furious petes Facebook today from him deadlifting 405 one armed (broke his other) and I won't lie it was impressive. So I decided to try at the gym tonight. Not quite 405 but I did get 225 for 2 each time. I couldn't get the exact sweet spot for doing one arm without the bar tilting. But it was nice to do it again.

 

That's ridiculous. I could've gotten that at the sushi place down the street from my apt. for like $30ish. But it's a little hole in the wall. Super good sushi though

 

Sushi here is pretty cheap. The downside is the restaurant is located in a busted down hotel and looks like you might get kidnapped there. Rather surprising that we have a decent sushi place in Wyoming though
