@Bajaxr201 yeah, 3 is too short. It should take them just a few minutes after they hook up to computer. Call them out if they try to charge you.

I'm at Stevinson East, and they wanted $62 to reprogram for one press on the fob unlocking both doors, and wouldn't price match. Ahh well. As I recall, it's a $20 dongle and an app to do it myself?

I'm a total squirrel when it comes to outfitting, and this place is unbelievable (and I thought Wrangler owners were bad!).

I'm right at home here. :)

My truck with the factory tonneau gets that dusty as well. Thinking of trying without the tonneau to see if it is better. Last trip I had 3/4 inch of dirt right behind cab and on bumper. Crazy!

I'm from Rowland Heights which is like 35 mins from you. The meet is Saturday at 4wheelparts in Compton. Starts at 9 but i'll be there by about 830am. Should be pretty cool since that 4wheelparts is their main location in SoCal.

SUPER BUMMED OUT TODAY. Love my Bushwackers but not loving the etching it's doing to my unforgiving black paint. I expected some mild settling but you can see the line ( at least 1/8") where seal started and where it has settled. Zoom in and you can see the etching it's leaving... Gonna take them off for now before it gets too deep to polish out and give Bushwacker a call.

    Any helpful suggestions?

I'll have to look into that. Even though it "extends outside warranty coverage" a simple gesture goes a long way

You can set that without the dongle. Just go to Apps > Setup (or Settings?) > Vehicle and it's in there somewhere. I think the option is "one-press unlock" or "remote double press" or something like that.

Use bedliner. That's what I used on mine and know a few guys who did the same. Gives it a bit more rugged look up close, and it holds up great.

Check Out My Build Thread :)
I see you have the pocket flares and not the cutaway's which will cause this... I have the pocket flares like yourself and mine did the same thing at first. due to the design to make sure the top portion fits tight and doesn't get gaps over time they make it slightly tighter to give that nice flush fitment. when you installed the flares did you have to push in on the flares a little on the bottom to get the bolt holes to line up? depending on how much pressure you used that will cause the rubbing initially that your seeing. once they're bolted on they shouldn't move unless your rubbing them upp against brush/trees which by the paint looks like they haven't seen any offroad time yet. if you truly want to get rid of that slight rubbing you should have gotten the cutaway flares which bolt to the actual fender limiting any movement or shifting due to the tops being bolted and not the bottom inside the fender well. hope this helps and good luck!

I don't believe the head unit on the SR can do this, but I'll double check.

Thanks for your thoughts. Just got off phone with BW - basically sorry out of luck. I would be wary of this style if anyone is considering. I was planning to use double sided tape somewhere underneath the rubber trim but there is NOTHING flat on the BW fender to adhere to. In fact it's a complete cavity. Wish they used similar mount as the OEM.

Pocket flares are the only ones available. Cut-outs haven't been designed by bushwacker yet for 3rd gens. Unless you know of another company that makes them. I want to know because I'm trying to stuff some bigger tires and keep the wheel wells OE looking

Ah, I keep forgetting that we don't all have exactly the same truck. I'm in a TRD OR w/ Premium non-JBL package.

Anyway, hope it works out. At least it's worth checking just in case. :)
