No, there's too many Tacomas on the the road. When I had my limited production Saab 9-2X, that was another story  I even spotted a few other Saab92X.com forum members on the road. That car was pretty rare.

No. But I do stare at their rides a little longer than other cars. just to see what kind of mods/lifts/tires etc. My trucks stock so I'm always looking out for ideas when it's time to upgrade.

When I had a Jeep Wrangler, most other owners waved, like motorcycle drivers do.

I admire also, especially when I see fixed up X-Runners. I wanted one of those so badly, just didn't suit my needs.

I don't think it's unique enough of a vehicle to get a wave. If I'm on my bike most other riders will give a wave back though (except Harley snobs). I saw a red X Runner today that looked pretty custom so I gave him a thumbs up. He just stared at me...

Good question...only had mine since late November, and it was tempting to wave, blow the horn, try to get them to pull over and shoot the stuff for a couple minutes when I saw one, but me better judgement said no, so now I just get a pic on my cell phone:p...kidding of course. If you do attempt a wave and they give you a strange look, pretend your scratching your head or something, as though it wasn't a real attempt to hand communicate. Used to have a Skyjacker lift on our Wrangler Sport, and it was fun watching other Jeep peeps and their individual "cool" waves as you passed by...I may start pumping my fist out the window and start a trend...;)
