I was just talking to a customer about this. He was like "dude, buy that thing". He was convincing me. He just bought a 14 with 22k miles for 32k. he just shook his head. lol

Wow, just affirms my decision to buy new. Unless you come across a bro-deal on a 5 -10 year old tacoma buying used makes no sense.

This truck was complete. So you were basically getting the truck for free since all the work done was close to the price asking. I buy new because I murder stuff and need it as new as possible before I start hurting it, but if I was smart I would buy used and at least partially complete.

I've never bought new. Got my truck with 24k miles on it and saved about $7k off new. For some, paying $7k more is worth knowing that a previous owner wasn't punchin' the munchkin bare assed in the drivers seat. I totally get it. Still paid more than I should have because I wanted a 6-speed with the OR package, and couldn't find one back in 2011.

Should have come on TW first and bought a partially built truck. In the end, the only advantage of buying the OR package was the locker and A-trac. Everything else was replaced and cost me many hours and $$$.

 

If I didn't already have a new truck I would've jumped all over that. Someone scored a hell of a deal

 

Ya I missed the built up part most of the late model used tacomas I see are priced so close to retail that it makes sense, to me anyway, to buy new.

Hello bay area peeps! I'm selling this Leitner Design Active Cargo System....

 

Nick at Northbay Auto Wraps in Petaluma killed it with a bit of vinyl on my tuck, covered up a bunch of peeling clear coat. He had it back to me in 3 hours!

 

They deuce and piss in the litter box, can eat whenever you want. Theyve never been outside but who knows. Maybe they can haha. It would be awesome if you clould do it. We will hopefully be down in concord tomorrow or thursday.

 

I need these before its too late!
