Thoughts after seeing it in person? Everything you expected it to be?

    I wouldn't.
If I needed a fullsize I'd be buying a Ram eco diesel.

It's a nice colour. I'm glad Toyota brought it to Canada. While I don't have plans to buy one it was nice to see this limited edition make it here.

Yup lol. By Toyota specifically. Most other companies bring their US models north. Toyota not so much.

Case in point lol. You can get a Mercedes wagon but no Land Cruiser from Toyota.

we get shafted on everything in north america though.
every car offered in gas here is also offered in diesel in europe.

Meh I could care less about that though. Every car in Europe an average person could afford, including their vehicle taxes and fuel costs, is ridiculously underpowered to. My wife had friends out here from England and when they got in our ~400 HP F150 they thought it was a rocket lol.

So you would honestly pay over 60k for one (financed of course)?

I bet your answer is hell yes unless you were the one signing lol ;).

I work with a guy who owns a couple of dealers. The jokes he tells about the sales staff is unreal. Just hanging around him I've seen some funny shit but I get that it's you job to upsell. More power to you.

I just mean I think the truck is really nice. I would rather buy the TRD Pro Tacoma than a jacked up lifted Tundra. I also lease most of my vehicles though so the TRD Pro would really only be $715 per month on a lease, so its about $100/month more than a Limited.

A $750 dollar lease can get you something a lot nicer to drive than a TRD Pro.

It's all good. Like I said I was just joshing that member over the question. When I want to know if a vehicle is nice or not I'm not going to ask the guy selling them. No offense intended.

So I switched my pre-order from my first dealer to the one closest to me. My original order was for a 2017 TRD Pro Tacoma in White, but the salesman I was dealing with is gone and the dealer has no time-frame on expecting when they can even order. The new order is on a 2017 TRD Pro Tacoma in Cement Grey and was made by the dealer closest to me many months ago. He had an order put in for a client but the client changed his mind and is going with an 2017 OR Tacoma. They have guaranteed delivery by the end of October.

Hope it all works out for you. End of October is not that bad I suppose.

Can't help it though, spending $60+k on a vehicle and not be able to even pick your first choice color is brutal imho...
