    When I first started camping, I used an Ozark Trail tent. Just spray it heavy with seam sealer and you'll get many years out of it. A cheap tarp from Horrible Fright will help keep the bottom clean and puncture free.

    When cool weather camping, forgo the air mattress, it will freeze you.
