    i finally had it with my hand and went to the hospital. turns out i have a very severe case of tendonitis in my middle finger :(

    i cant afford to take the time off.

    so far i have been able just to suffer through it during the day. working out side in the snow has its advantages though, when it starts to swell i grab some snow and freeze my hand :cool:

    i was thinking about doing that! :)

    the problem though is the inflammation and pain is located about 3/4" down from my knuckle (towards my wrist)

    so the pain kinda originates from my palm
