    All the sushi around here is BOGO rolls but it's usually $12-$15 per roll (so 2 for that price). If my wife and I go out we usually spend around $50 for 4 rolls, some Asian salad, and crab Rangoon :anonymous:

    My wife is allerigc to many types of fish, so it's just me when we go. She'll usually order Terrayaki chicken or something. I'll eat my sushi and usually try the chicken too lol.

    Joining the 1600 club by the end of October. Recently been training for speed on my lifts and it's really helping. New pr on bench today 445. It was sloppy but I think I woulda got 3 lights regardless

    I bet that was good. I love raw eggs, but I read somewhere that your body doesn't absorb the protein from uncooked eggs as well as from cooked eggs, so I stopped eating them raw. Plus, I've had salmonella once before and that shit was no joke.

    x2. Mayo is my second favorite condiment (behind hot sauce)....good Aaaand good for you, amiryte?!?!

    I've never been able to go heavy on incline. My shoulders don't like it, so I have to stick to lighter weight

    That's what I do, too. I take 2 scoops in the am and 2 in the pm...50 g each shake. That being said, I consume almost 300 g protein per day, so that's only a third of my daily intake. I definitely try to get most of my protein from food though...a niqqa can only eat so much grilled chicken though.

    I try to take in as much as I can from the food I eat but the protein shakes tastes good too so its kind of a treat for me. Instead of soda I'll drink water or shake instead

    I take 1 scoop of Whey post workout (20ish grams) and 1 scoop Casein before bed (24 grams). I only weigh 160 though :muscleflexing:

    My shoulders can't handle incline BB, but after I've warmed them up I can do dumbbell. I spend about 5 mins before doing it just warming up my shoulders. Then I'll usually start with 50s for a couple warm up sets. Did the 100s for a set of 6 to finish it off a few days ago. Felt good to be able to do them again. Haven't done that much weight on DB incline in a while. I love bulking. Really, I just love carbs.
