Does anyone have the solution to wheel bearings or can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I cannot keep them in my drivers side front for more than 200 miles but I have well over 15,000 on my passenger side front with no problems. I have used several brands.

Did you have the bearings done at a shop or DIY?

Are you not tightening the CV joint? Front bearings on 1st gen Tacoma are very robust. They should be going 300,000 miles.

    Something is wrong.

Bad/worn out CV shaft maybe,,rattling them out?. Should feel that as well at speed if it is. It's the direct connection to the bearing and all the other parts leverage on that(brake rotors, wheels and tires). Examine every detail as you replace again.

Are you pressing them(hub and bearing) together,,or is someone else doing that work?. Just curious.

    The bearings are collapsing

    You see heat score marks!!

If these bearings have failed like this and every thing you think was correct

Someone has a major quality control problem The bearing distributor would love to know before they have a major failure and people get killed

Or is the nut not being torqued correct .175 foot pounds

Unless your using a Chinese bearing they are working on quality control another 25 years they might get the idea

Another question is do the first gens fit 15in wheels? I do not believe I am, there is 2 spacers in the that come out and they go in the back of the bearing closest to the differential correct?

Im not sure on your 2002 I just had my bearing replaced and it was one piece just an inner and outer seal. Definitely shouldnt be going bad that quick...I would think they would last even with non-toyota parts.

It's both. You have to ignore the pre components...or do you mean the video? (didn't watch it)
