    Jack your pressure up to like 40 psi for a day, did it stay there. Might be dirty bead seal.

    Or a gritty/ corroded bead seal..... I've seen that happen when we had unexplained/ non-traditional tire pressure loss issues when I was still wrenching. But then the OP's truck is brand new and never dismounted his tires.
