I'm always wary of those container stacks when in port. They stack 'em up but they aren't locked together like when they're on the ship. It's just a stack of empty boxes waiting for a gust of wind or a driver that takes a corner wrong with his truck. Even with them locked down on the ship they can still fall over if they're not loaded properly or stacked in the right order.

As far as the ship blowing in the wind... that ain't fun. A ship that size can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes to get ready to start the main engine (assuming they haven't taken anything apart for maintenance). You can get the generators up and running quickly which will give you bow and stern thrusters but by the time the main is turning it's likely that the problem of your ship drifting has worked itself out one way or another (usually not for the best)

He did serve two years in jail while awaiting trial...
