I just did a little addition of my mods on this 16, and from memory, after the regear this weekend and adding a power rear slider, I will have approximately $16,850 in mods! Yikes!

You can't take it with you !!! Plus it's like most toys - they are expensive. I just need to narrow down my hobbies and leave room to haul my kids to school and help one pay for college.

Slowly turning her into my TVR Taco. The tailgate logo took about two months of going back and forth with the local printer. It's a standard door magnet printed in a strip. I then created a cardboard template of the curved portion of the stamped tailgate and cut away some of the strip to form. Because of human nature, I wasn't comfortable advertising my photography business at all times, so this magnet will come and go based on the events I'm working.

Luckily my wife really likes it too and likes the looks and thumbs up we get when she is in it with me! Actually thought she would blow a fuse when I told her I found a shop to put in a power rear slider for $900, but she didn't. Must have not been listening I guess! Lol.20160603_204905.jpg

I'll probably have to sell it if my son decides to go to college in 2 years and start driving my 67 Mustang again! :deadhorse:

How are you adding the power rear slider? Are you doing that mod that worked on the 2nd gens, buying a complete replacement rear window, or something else?

I called a local custom shop. They put in a whole new window and power set up and wire it with a switch with an arrow pointing both directions. So they do it like it is pretty much like factory I guess. I know for me to get just the correct window without anything else is over $650. So I guess not so bad . Toyota parts told me $1650 just for parts!

This shop is very reputable and has been in business for decades! The dealershipssend there vehicle's there for leather and sunroofs and things. I know I will use it lots and miss the one I had in my Tundra, so I feel I must do!

Located a deep three inch scratch while washing the truck. The damage is consistent with it being keyed. So F*** pissed right now.
