    My pre workout breakfast is 1 package of belvita biscuits (honey oat) with 1 cup of coffee, 5 cookies ( oreo or chips ahoy) then I pound 1 scoop of c4 with water in a small cup, and then I fill up my water bottle 32oz with water and go to the gym. Haven't felt like puking yet but I'm dead at the end of my workout.

    Then I go home eat 2 eggs with sausage or meat or what ever left overs was, with 2 scoops and whole milk.

    Idk if you can call me an early morning gym bro since I usually go around 9am but that's within an hour or so of when I wake up. I usually eat a bowl of cereal (cinamon toast crunch, lucky charms, etc. The good kinds obv...) and then wait at least 30 minute before I scoop some Hyde and head to the gym.

    My post-workout meal is big b/c I'm usually shaking: 5 whole eggs, banana, 2 pop tarts (if I didn't eat them pre-gym), orange juice, cereal w/ milk, and a piece of toast w/ grape jelly

    #cerealcrew I rotate between Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Fruity Pebbles, and Honey Combs. I love cereal!

    What's the issue with what you're currently doing? Just gassing out towards the end of your workout?

    If I lift early AM on weekends or something I'll still eat the raw oats, half scoop of protein, and a spoonful of natty PB...something slower digesting to keep something in my stomach. I'm definitely not an expert but it works for me. I also try to wait about an hour before drinking my pre too though.

    Yup, cereal is my favorite any time of day. I usually have a bowl before bed if I didn't get quite enough food at dinner. I just bought 4 boxes of 'tiny toast'. Never had it but it looks amazing so we will see...

    only got an hour in today on the bike since I left an hour late for work and my dr appt took longer than expected knocked out 22 miles with one very shitty hill climb went to change gears and had a dumb moment and went to the large ring instead of the small ring. I don't think I've ever been this tired after a ride even when I did my fasted 50 miles. But still got the yard mowed afterwards

    Sounds like some serious protein intake. Getting some more starch (greens) and turkey instead of ground beef helps me out. That cheap ground beef is probably fatty as hell, so be careful. I'll usually eat something about an hour before I hit the gym, so I have something in the tank. I then follow up with Pre about 20 mins before I get started, and 1 scoop of Muscle Milk Pro post workout.

    Dip is a hell of a drug

    No issues at all...just curious. This morning was a pop tart and 1/2 scoop of Hyde pre-workout

    Dude, yes! I feel like Arnold whenever I wear one. I've got 3 so far! I've also started wearing the dri-fit golf polos at work....same effect
