    Passenger Side

    1. I have full access to the driver's door no matter what
    2. If I ever have to sleep on the side of a road for any reason, it opens away from the road
    3. I mount my tent slightly off-center to the passenger side, so it puts more wight on that side, counteracting taco lean
    4. It just felt right

Because my wife and child is on that side and if it's raining I'd rather them not get soaked. When I'm by myself I keep my gear on the passenger side also

Currently driver side. Because I have a string and washer tied to one side of the window over hang and it attaches to radio antenna. #bedrackproblems #whoneedswindowrods?

Another vote for Driver Side... Having my awning open on the same side is nice and also because my swing out TC opens in such a way that it's better to have camp oriented on the driver side when possible.

I open mine to the drivers side because "it just feels right". Easier to get to the drivers side of the truck and makes more sense to me than to walk around to the pass side a lot.

When I get my owning I will set it up to open on the back for a kitchen/tailgate working area.

I think what you're seeing is a plethora of people getting into the market just to have a product and to cash in on the popularity. Tepui & CVT are market leaders, not followers.

Pretty much exactly how the LED market was a few years back. It happens everywhere. Someone comes out with a good product, then they get a few competitors, then someone copies the design and tries to sell it cheap AF. I'd bet most of these knock off little companies go under/stop selling within 6 months. ORRRRRR they try to do a group buy and then their supply dries up or has issues and then it kills their business.
