    That's a pretty solid deal. That bumper is $1,400 new plus options (if any) and shipping. CBI does quality work.

    It would pretty pretty easy to hack off those side tubes and build high-clearance sides at a later point. Then you still have a solid base bumper and a well-built swingout.
