Who ever told you that is blowing smoke up your ass. But then again you might like it.
Stock ls9 with smaller pulley, headers, exhaust, and slight head work still won't get 800.

Bigger spare tire , matched to the 4 tires I installed, under the bed = more weight under the bed.
The KB Tailgate cap added another 30#
    And the cargo basket...
More weight in back makes the wheels stick to the ground.
I used to hop off road reflectors on the lane markers.
    Hated that!

    Seriously!!!!

    I wouldn't mind a matching spare wheel/tire setup.

    CTX... For the WIN!
They are seriously fast! Even slightly modded for stock race cars.

    Try to keep up

If going under the bed, mount it upside down so you no scratch wheel

    Has the matching steelie wheel.
Collects dirt inside the wheel well fer sure.
Problem is... The lip on the center hub cut out is outward, means that flipping it has a curve inside.
I thought about that but didn't want the T to slip on the curvature.
I really don't want to drop the spare while cruising down the hwy.

That would ruin someone's day if they hit it.

Lol mine should be done in a few months I think
Gotcha. I keep an old o/r wheel with my full size under my bed. I have 2 matching Konig wheels in my garage, but I'll use one of those once my swing out HC is on
