    I think it would be way cheaper just to rig up some OR suspension on a regular teardrop or something if the frame would handle it.

    I found some trailers on a military surplus site out of NC, I think, that looked like they would be good for a project like this, and they were only in the hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Gotta find that site again...
