Crossbow with the crank cocker or are crossbows illegal? We can use them on private land only in FL & they're legal in GA but I still use my compound bow. My son has a crossbow though.

 

But my threads finally poppin again. Struggle is real

 

oh it won't matter deer, bear, buck, doe, as long as it doesn't have spots it's down good organic meat for the freezer

crossbows are legal. i use a compound but at the bow shop where i "work" pat time we sell both, crossbows are lethal

 

I wish we could get unlimited tags so I could live off venison.

I'd like a crossbow but bow season is only a month so I can't see spending the money when I have a perfectly good compound & once rifle season start the bow goes back in storage. Haha

we can kill 2 deer per day for the whole season but only 3 bucks. you get 5 deer tags on your initial license and then you can buy bonus tags for more does. season starts in september in some areas and runs til march

 

I can shoot the fur off a gnat with a rifle, but seriously could not hit the broadside of a barn with a bow... from the inside.

i shot the compound all year we do competitions all around here hard to do that with a crossbow do you guys have 3D shoots?

 

you just need the rt setup and a little instruction. believe me if i can get my girlscouts to shoot ok with no sights you can shoot to

 

I'd would rather do a pistol competition then bow
