According to the hodge twins, their new preworkout will make your heart explode inside your fuckin chest if you take 2 scoops

 

I take that as a challenge

And where did you caffeine powder? All I could ever find was pills

 

I bought a big bag before it got pulled from the market...people are so freaking stupid just messing it up for everyone else.

Love making my own preworkout and only putting in quality stuff without all the crap fillers.

 

That bag of caffeine has like 2500 servings
Not sure what I'll do when I run out haha

I wait for this stuff to go on sale all the time and load up . They do it like once a month or so ..

 

Soo my sister told me that if we take too much protein powder that our kidneys can't break it down and it hardens in there.

Is there any merit to this? Broscience?

 

True...too much protein is bad bad bad.
But determining what is "too" much is up to your personal body.

This is a workout that will get to the point and all about strength and gainz

 

So I did this 17" biceps blaster arm workout this morning and it was killer. By the time I got to the end, I was only able to get like 4-5 reps on close grip bench @ 135. Try it!

superset (4 sets):

seated dumbbell curl
dips

superset:

ez bar curl (4 sets)
reverse grip pushdown (5 sets)

superset:

hammer grip rope curl (4 sets)
v bar pushdown (6 sets)

crossbody hammer curl (4 sets)

superset (4 sets):

incline skullcrushers
close grip bench

Define "super high"...

Most people can consume ~300g with no issues. The link below tested people at 300 grams...there's no real reason to go any higher unless you're on dat juice. 1g/lb of body weight is plenty.

Yea one as reading about too much protein blah blah blah, and it pretty much came down to don't eat too much if you're not going to drink enough water.
I had some bombass pasta my wife made with chicken and Alfredo sauce soo good. Then I had my protein shake with that and some homemade green tea lemonade like Starbucks....mmmmmm so spoiled.



So anyone interested in starting a FB TW page so we can post on it? Mostly for pictures and video. I dunno it's just hard for me to be checking TW and posting. And I can't post pictures either. Meh.

 

I get on Facebook like once a day. TW is where it's at.

If you use the mobile website, you should be able to upload photos from your camera roll (I can on my iPhone). For videos, I think most of us have the YouTube app. You just take the video, upload it, copy the link and paste it in here. After a few days, go make the video private so some old dude isn't jerking off to your videos in a basement in Croatia.
