What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Did them to mine and love it. Much cleaner but still has a badge. I didn't like catching the raised letters on my wash mitt and wax pad.

$950 + powder coating, and another $225 for the rigid lights if you chose that option

 

That looks so much like the Airaid intake I had on my FJ. Thinking about seeing if I can make it work, since I still have it and can't seem to sell it.

 

Snapped a wheel stud off while doing a tire rotation under very minimal pressure while using a torque wrench. The stud actually broke off during the "snug-up" and before I even started putting any torque on it.

$5 for a new stud. Was a total PITA to get the new stud in the hole with all the brake components in the way. Here's the inside of a 13,000km (8000 mile) brake drum for anybody interested.

Been a work in progress for a while... But i finished getting all the retroreflective vinyl I want, including a couple custom pieces.

Thanks to @rrentrop for making it possible.

Black without flash, silvery-goldy-shiny with flash. Cool part about retroreflective is that you don't have to be at "just" the right angle. It reflects light back to the source of the light, regardless of what direction that might come from.

When the light came on, I push the trip and went all the way to 56 miles into reserve, my 09 was the same way
