All right put my name on the list @Sub-Zero.

I'm boosted as well and trying to find out what the CFM requirements are. Maybe @NYCO can weigh in on this since he had a snorkel with pre-cleaner before and then got boosted.

The top spin also has an impeller with bearings that can wear out, whereas the full view has no moving parts. I like the look of the full view better so I guess that would be my vote.

From a seller on eBay I found when I was researching a ton (take it with a grain of salt as this might not be accurate but a good starting point) :

"Based on the information I found from an internet search your 265HP engine could need anywhere from 618-720 CFM"

Of course  you like the topspin as well? According to Donaldson, it is much more effective at separating particles than the full view. The drawback being there are moving parts including two bearings. I am checking on warranties. In my opinion I would rather have the more effective one, even if it eventually needs some maintenance.

Also, do you have any info about cfm requirements on our trucks?

I am all for more efficiency, so Top spin it is. No clue about cfm requirements really, and I could make an educated guess, but refuse to say anything and get flamed for my educated guess.. No more than 700cfm I bet.

Quick formula is displacement of engine x VE x rpm/2.;)

Edit. Displacement of engine in cubic feet, not inches

This is what I was going to do, or contact air flow to see what the snorkel is rated at, won't get more airflow than the snorkel has no matter what pre cleaner you put on it
