    Just signed papers for the refi and I go into underwriting monday. Locked in a killer rate and save 130$ a month. In close to 3 years of ownership i have went up 30k in equity and dropped my interest rates from 4.75 to 3.25 as well as my PMI payment.

    Once this house hits 215k, im selling. Ill have enough to get a standard loan in a home i love at that point.
