So here's my install, I'm sure it's already been done, of how you can install your light bars on these newer generation Tacoma's. There is so much room behind the grill it just made sense to put a light bar in there. Still tons and tons of air flow. You could actually put 2 more in there if you wanted. Crazy I know but wow you'd have light. I'm just not a fan of the light bars on top of the cab, ugly and noisy, so I decided to put mine up front and in the grill. The lower one is a single row 30" and the other, in the grill, is a 30"dual row. I may actually put one more dual row in but we'll see. Yes it's bright.... very very bright. I wired them using a relay triggered off the Hi Beams with an override kill switch for when I just want to leave them off no matter what. I like the clean look. What do you think?

I like it. I was thinking about putting one in the lower grill section, but I think I'm putting in a push bar, so I'd be mounting a 30" on top of that.

I've seen plenty of pics (and actually have one installed myself) in the lower position where the single row light is. But I'm curious how you mounted the double row light above it.

Any install pics or a link to a thread you followed?

Is that the Roughcountry light bar? I've been thinking about getting that one myself. How long was the install?

Rough Country sells it. $279.00 with the brackets. Easy install. You do have to cut the lower plastic but it super easy to do. Great directions with pictures are included with the kit. Cheers.
