Yeap. Mine only squeak when the leaf touches the clamp. I just have to occasionally get a pry bar in there and move them back.

 

Heard a few of the guys like fluid film.

 

I wouldn't think it would build pressure, but with old fluid and air or moisture it would be week/spongie

 

I've never done it on a bike, but when I did my cars the pedal would build up pressure. That's what I was expecting. That doesn't happen you do your bike?

 

They have always made a good amount of noise. Now they squeak non stop...i get in the truck, they squeak. Yippee! Guess i should've left them alone. I guess it could be because they are probably all completely smushed together being flat.

 

No, the car has all the Pistons that hold some pressure each, the bike Dosent move nearly as much fluid. Hence why there is no booster

 

Pond liner or shower pan liner, basically heavy duty vinyl or rubber

Some of you might try an amp for the squeak problem. A simple twist of the dial and the squeak goes away.
