Cranked on mine for about 3/4"-1". Speed bumps at 10 mph are stiff af. Crazy the amount of down travel I lost by such a little bit of preload.

Just chatted with one of my student's parents about their Land Cruiser. He has sliders, skids, 4 inch lift, 4x4 with hubs, and lots of over land gear. Pretty sweet

I don't understand? That doesn't seem like something Greg would do at all.

Didn't know your uncle is passed. My apologies.

Anyhow, not airing down does another thing for you, fella. Aaves you coin on an added suspension. The whole reason for an aftermarket suspension is for a more comfortable ride over hard terrain.

Airing down makes it easier on your ball joints and tie rods too and those are weak points on these older 1st gens, you definitley don't wanna have one of those go out on you...

So @Mike likes Tacos I forgot Pilot Rock got completely plowed over during/after the fires, those trails we were taking about doing on Sunday are probably no more :pout:

I'm going to look into it some, last time we did Pilot Rock we continued on a ways to the trails we were thinking of doing this Sunday. Pilot Rock may be plowed over but I'm not sure if the trails beyond it are as well. I mean, Cleghorn is in the same area and from what I've heard, it's still good. I'll do some research and get back to you guys

@snowboard704 I think you were the one that showed us pictures a week or two ago from Pilot Rock that showed it was all flattened out, did you continue further toward the Arrowhead trails? If so, were they plowed over as well?
