Basically. Here's me outside my bathroom:

 

Trying to get my 2 month old started early on the gainz

 

Going to Mexican with my parents tonight....

 

I tried to wake up and go to the gym this morning.

I'm going this evening instead.

 

Wife did the same thing this morning. Slackers.

I love morning workouts. But my training buddy is always slacking off and picking me up later than our intended time. Slacker.


I hate late workouts cuz then I stay up late and takes me a while to wind down.

I woke up. Long enough to turn my alarm off and say fuck it.

I'm going to eat tonight with a buddy and his lady friend so i planned on going this morning. Text him and asked if he was going to the gym before we go eat and he said yea if there's time. I told him there was plenty of time because I still had to go too. So, it's all good.

 

Haha I did that Wed morning. I set a 6am and 7:15 alarm and when the 6am went off, I said fuck it and went back to bed. I've started putting my phone across the room at our new house so I have to get up to turn it off...by then, I'm usually aware enough to not lay back down b/c I know what'll happen lol

 

Does anyone here wear knee sleeves? Ever since I messed my knee up (like a dummy on a skim board) it has been really tight, especially when squatting. It doesn't make a difference if I am doing body weight squats or have 225 on my back it has the same tightness on the movement. It hasn't really limited my lifts any, just more of an annoyance. I was looking at something that could provide some compression while I was being active. My other option is some sort of brace...

 

I wear sbd sleeves when I squat and I love them.

 

Do they provide any sort of support/compression on the joint? My pain is specifically on my left knee on the outside of the knee cap. It still has very minor swelling but when I get down in a squat it gets real tight

 

Yes. You can try them if you want. I gotta wash them first though lmao.

 

Lol they're amazeballs. Read the reviews on them. They're worth it if you squat a lot.

 

I think I would need something for when I play sports too, maybe I can just get a brace for that and have the sleeves for the gym

 

Finally got a new grill for the apartment. Scored a basically brand new 3 burner grill for $70. First thing I did was grill all the chicken I had in the fridge
