What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Measured and mocked up locations, made brackets and pre-drilled for installation of behind-the-grille Hella 55FF's which I have not yet received. I plan to convert them to HID 3000k for yellow fog lights only for those dense fog applications.

It is. Great white light depending on the bulbs you get. Also no heat.

 

Got all my pieces in the mail today for my a pillar mount. Need a longer bolt, but it's up. Center console organizer also came in the mail.

Digging the chrome combo.

 

It might take me a little bit to get used to the color. It is white white. Almost looks blue since I am still used to the old yellowish ones. They are definitely brighter and light up the cab better. I was on the fence for a long time also. At 12 bucks for the set, I'd would say it is worth it if you need more light. I got them partly just to meet the free shipping limit on Amazon. I figure they will be really nice one night when I have to find something dropped by one of the daughters

Definitely worth it! I went with white LEDs initially but changed to red to fit my "theme".

 

@csjumper2003 on here sells them. That is where I got mine. I did reverse lights as well. He has all sorts of options. Hit him up.

 

Got my RTT mounted for the trip next week. Picked it up used from a local member, so I figured I'll put it up few days early and test is out to make sure everything is in order. This thing is tits. I am all kinds of impressed. It's better than I thought was!

I have roughly $1500 in tents sitting around. Should've just bought one of these right away. I guess there is a time and a place for each kind of tent, but 99% of the trips I go to, RTT would be perfect.

I got my interior LEDs from local AutoZone. Put them in no problems! Perfect fit!

Yep that's where mine came from. Had them for a bout a yr now. & Love em w/ no problems!
