    I have 33s. They air up from 15psi to 33/35 in about 3-4 minutes each

    Between each of the leafs?

    I'm thinking it might be the bushings since it does it with VERY minimal movement that it doesnt seem that the leafs would be moving enough to make noise. But I'm not sure. They are the OEM bushings.

    Probably better to go bigger if you plan on 35's. I have the 88P and it would be fine for 33's.

    Harbor Freight has a similar one for a few bucks less. I'd guess they come from the same Chinese factory as the Viair, although the warranty may be different.
