Installed rear usb charging ports. Pretty easy. Took the pic before I cleaned up. Also changed the oil. Pretty successful day.

Does anyone else perpetually have this issue where their cubby doors just come loose and make your shit fly all over the place?

Factory storage doors. They've been doing this off and on for the last four and a half years.

I also have this creaking noise in my steering column that i'm not certain how to remedy

Only squeaks when i turn the wheel to the right. Then it squeaks all the way back to center. Turn it to the left and it doesn't do it.

Had something similar before in my 86 f150. Turned out to be passenger front wheel bearing

    Not enough...
my entire cab is creaking, squeaking and making weird noises. im half deaf and still hear it. i can even heard the stupid noise my USB phone charger is making, while none of my passengers could ever hear anything. I think i will rip out my entire interior to install some kind of sound deadening, which will be a good opportunity to put thin felt tape *everywhere*

do the Cubbt door lock mod, should fix your issue. and for the creak in your steering column, its the ujoint in there, you need to lube the shit out of it after cleaning the gunk out, IIRC most people use some sort of lithium based lube. works wonders

Yeap mine come lose and unlocked. I'm missing one too so no telling where it went. You gotta tighten that screw on the lock so that it stays stiff

Any way to get to it without ripping the interior apart?

Can't tighten the knobs any further. Even put black electrical tape on the ears that rotate up into the bed to hold them in place, that doesn't help.
